About NeverMissANote: how we review Fireflies.
NeverMissANote is run independently of Fireflies. Here is how we check facts, make recommendations and handle affiliate links.
Our mission.
It is hard to know what an AI meeting assistant really does before you pay for it. Marketing pages promise a lot, so we wrote an honest guide to Fireflies.ai: what it does well, where it falls short and what it really costs.
Everything we write comes from Fireflies' official information, public user reviews and our own checks of the product. Where we have not tested something ourselves, we say so.
How we check our facts.
Official sources first
- Prices and limits are checked against Fireflies' own pages
- Each page shows the date it was last checked
Public reviews, with the source
- Ratings are quoted from G2 and Trustpilot, never invented
- We do not publish our own made-up scores
Tested or reported, clearly labelled
- What we tried ourselves is marked as tested
- Everything else is marked as reported by Fireflies or by users
Affiliate disclosure.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you click through and sign up, at no extra cost to you.
Current affiliate relationship: Fireflies.ai.
It never changes what we say
Good or bad, the review stays honest.
Disclosed on every page
Each page with affiliate links says so.
Weak points included
We list the limits, not only the good parts.
We update, even if it costs us
If Fireflies gets worse or more expensive, our pages change.
How we make money.
The site is funded by affiliate commissions. When you sign up for Fireflies through our links and upgrade to a paid plan, Fireflies may pay us a share of your subscription.
It costs you nothing extra. It keeps the site running. We are not owned by Fireflies or any AI meeting tool company, and Fireflies does not review our content before it is published.
Who we are.
NeverMissANote is a one-person site run from Finland. It is not a company and has no link to Fireflies.ai other than the affiliate programme. I started it because I wanted a plain, honest guide to AI meeting notes.
If you spot a mistake, please write to me: [email protected]
