Enterprise adds 1080p video, SSO, SCIM, private storage, custom data retention and transcript-only mode. HIPAA and FERPA are available on request. If you need it, you already know it.
One thing to check on the free plan: Fireflies' own help pages are not fully clear on how much transcription it includes. Test it with your own calls before you rely on it.

Pricing questions.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The free plan works as the trial. It has no time limit, but it does have usage limits: 400 minutes of storage and 20 AI credits a month.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a team discount?
Paying yearly is the main discount. Pro is $10 instead of $18 a month, and Business is $19 instead of $29. Enterprise is $39 and only billed yearly.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
The free plan has 400 minutes of storage per seat and no transcript downloads. Fireflies' pages don't say clearly what happens to older meetings above that limit, so download anything important before you downgrade and ask Fireflies support if you're unsure.
