Can our whole team share one account?
Fireflies is priced per seat, so each person who records meetings should have their own. Teammates who only need the notes can read the summaries you share with them.
Will clients mind an AI notetaker on the call?
Fireflies joins as a visible participant, so tell clients before the call and offer to turn it off if they prefer. Most clients are fine once they know you are only taking notes.
Is our data confidential?
Fireflies is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant, and says it does not train AI on your data. HIPAA is available on the Enterprise plan on request.
Does it work for in-person meetings?
Fireflies lists in-person meetings as supported. Check the current app options on Fireflies' website before you rely on it for a room full of people.
